United States Shipping:

  • Warehouse: United States
  • Delivery is from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses only.
  • Typical delivery time: 3–9 business days.
  • Exclusions: Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Marshall Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands is not available.

Germany & France Shipping:

  • For orders shipped from our local Germany or France warehouses:
    • Typical delivery time within Germany or France: up to 3 business days.
    • Delivery to other EU countries: 5–9 business days, depending on destination.
  • Restrictions: Orders cannot be delivered to Spanish postal codes starting with 35, 38, 51, or 52.
